Meet the Cast: Private Lives

Laura Morgan (Sibyl) is thrilled to make her debut at Ross Valley Players and to continue MRH_5452. webjpgher run of Noël Coward plays.  She was most recently seen as Elvira in Pittsburg Community Theatre’s production of Blithe Spirit.  Other favorite roles have been Gabriella in Boeing Boeing (Altarena), Polly in The Gingerbread Lady (Chanticleers), Gabby in The Petrified Forest, Lady Agatha in Lady Windermere’s Fan (Masquers), Doris Walker in Miracle on 34th Street (Broadway West), Beth in Merrily We Roll Along (Pinole Playhouse), Nellie in South Pacific (Pleasanton Playhouse), Shelby in Steel Magnolias (Diablo Actors Ensemble), Suzanne in Don’t Dress for Dinner (Douglas Morrisson Theatre), and Roxane in Cyrano de Bergerac (Orinda Starlight).

Gregory Crane (Elyot) is excited to be making his Ross Valley Players debut. Theatre: Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire at Greg Crane - GCRANE_HEADSHOT_ webNovato Theatre Company; Valentine in Two Gentlemen of Verona at South Coast Rep (dir. Mark Rucker); Peter in The Diary of Anne Frank at Hangar Theatre; Bassanio in Merchant of Venice; The Gamester at ACT; Carnival ‘Round the Central Figure at Symmetry Theatre. Creator of the one man show Love, 10: An Evening with Tennessee Williams. Film and TV: S.W.A.T., NCIS, Any Day Now, Boston Public. Training: BFA from NYU (Playwrights Horizons, ETW). LeAnne Rumbel (Amanda) is humbled to be a part of this talented cast, and back on the Leannewebsize_9644 webboards at Ross Valley Players. LeAnne was last seen at RVP in the 2012 production of You Can’t Take It With You as Essie. Other roles at RVP include the critically acclaimed November as Bernstein, Jackie Coryton in Hay Fever & Maggie in Lend Me A Tenor (Both directed by Ken Rowland), & Rosemary Fenton in Bullshot Crummond (Nominated for a BATCC for Best Ensemble). Recently, LeAnne played Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream & Hero in Much Ado About Nothing with the Inverness Shakespeare Project. Her regional credits include: A Midsummer Night’s Dream (San Francisco Shakespeare Festival), Don Juan, Much Ado About Nothing, King Lear, & The Comedy Of Errors (Marin Shakespeare Festival), Our Country’s Good as Liz Morden & Lieutenant Dawes (Porchlight Theatre Company) & Wonder Of The World (Contra Costa College). LeAnne lives in Portland, Oregon, is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and a graduate of ACT’s Actor Summer Training Congress.
